Parking issues are a silent killer for resale value, no one talks about it enough. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa in Ghaziabad. My main concern for projects like Ascent Laxmi Villas is the parking allocation. Is it usually lottery-based ya reserved slots milte hain? For an investor, tenant attraction is key, aur agar parking ka scene kharab ho toh rentals pe impact aata hai. Also, security systems – CCTV coverage, guard quality, visitor management, are they actually robust ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? These details affect the long-term value and maintenance costs. What's been your experience, especially around Ghaziabad projects? Kya yeh choti cheezein actually ROI pe affect karti hain?
