Ghaziabad Upgrade: Ready to Move projects?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa on the Ready to Move corridor. My budget is around ₹80L–1.5Cr. Kaunse projects mein sahi deal mil sakti hai for a 3BHK, ya even a premium 2BHK if the value is really there? Is the premium for some of these well-known ones justified for an upgrade? Should I consider smaller, slightly older projects too? Any experiences with specific projects there, especially regarding OC?
