Been eyeing 3BHKs in Ghaziabad. Upgrading from my Indirapuram 2BHK. Jai Ambey Estates, Govindpuram mein options dekh raha hoon. Quoted price se all-in costs kitne extra hote hain? Secondary market mein better ROI possible hai kya?
