Ghaziabad upgrade: Where's the real appreciation post-infra?
Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Ghaziabad for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, thinking of a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Budget around ₹1.2 Cr max for a 3BHK. Already have a home loan so EMI is a big factor. With the Hindon Airport expansion and RRTS work, Muradnagar ya Raj Nagar Extension mein kya scene hai, especially for future appreciation? Log bolte hain connectivity sudharne se prices badhenge, but kitna aur kab tak... I saw some projects by Gaurs and Migsun, but not sure if current prices are already too high. Is it worth investing near Hindon Airport for long-term gains, ya RRTS corridor better hai for a 3BHK? What does the community think, where's the real investment window now?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I'm also looking at RNE. Gaurs and Migsun ke projects dekh toh liye, but lag raha hai price pehle hi bahut inflate ho chuka hai. Is it really worth buying near Hindon airport for future appreciation ya RRTS corridor zyada safe bet hai for a 3BHK? Budget bhi tight hai around 1.2 Cr.
