Ghaziabad upgrade: Windsor or Jai Ambey dilemma?
Since last year, I've been eyeing a 3BHK upgrade in Ghaziabad. Currently in a 2BHK, but family badh rahi hai, so thinking of Windsor Majesty or Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram. Both are upcoming projects, so possession mein kitna risk hai? Already have a home loan, so is the price jump for Windsor Majesty worth it after all the hidden costs like stamp duty, PLC, aur interiors? Kya total cost of ownership bahut zyada difference hoga? Also, in dono builders ka track record kaisa hai? Koi bata sakta hai on their past deliveries?

U2, you're right to ask about RERA. U1, for Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram, the RERA number is UPRERAPRJ422646 and the possession date is 2027-06-01. That's still a good 3 years away. Kya lagta hai, is it realistic given the current market conditions in Ghaziabad? Builders often delay, especially with such long timelines.

U1, totally understand your dilemma! Family badhti hai toh space chahiye hi. Ghaziabad mein kaafi options hain, but Windsor Majesty sounds like a good upgrade. Amenities achhe honge wahan I guess.
