Ghaziabad villa dreams: The hidden cost reality
Everyone romanticizes owning a villa, but nobody talks about the real total cost for places like Luxe Luxury Villas. Is it just me, or does Krishna Vatika, jo bahut sasta hai, offer more practical usable space and amenities jo actually daily use honge? In 'luxury' projects mein maintenance aur hidden charges paagalpan hi toh honge? Change my mind.

Bhai, Luxe Luxury Villas toh COMPLETED project hai. Possession date 2024-10-01. Par koi batao, iska actual carpet area kitna hai? Builders aksar built-up area dikhate hain, jo bahut misleading hota hai. Is ₹2.6 Cr justified for the actual space?
Confirmed, U8 is right. Carpet area for Luxe Luxury Villas is around 1250 sq ft as per RERA documents I saw online. For ₹2.6 Cr, that's ₹20,800/sq ft. Bahut high for Ghaziabad!
U3, Luxe Luxury Villas ka brochure dekha tha maine. They claim something like 1800 sq ft built-up, but carpet area will barely be 1200-1300 sq ft. Builders ka yahi scam hai. ₹2.6 Cr for that space in Ghaziabad? Thoda zyada lag raha hai.
Totally agree! Luxe Luxury Villas ka price toh sunke hi darr lagta hai, ₹2.6 Cr. For a first-time buyer like me, it's just a dream. And the maintenance? My friend in Ahinsa Khand 1 pays like 10k every month for just a flat, imagine a villa!

Haan bhai, I almost went for a villa in Achchheja, price looked good initially. But jab total calculations kiye, including all the charges and future maintenance, it was way out of budget. Ended up with a 3BHK flat instead.
Exactly my thoughts! Villa ka sapna toh achha hai but jeb pe bhari padta hai.
