Visited AU The Sunflower Phase 1 last week. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. But yaar, water supply ka kya scene hai Ghaziabad mein? Builder sirf '24x7' bolte hain. Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi na? Any real experiences?
