₹35,000 for rent every month in Ghaziabad is just too much now, yaar. I'm finally taking the plunge, want to invest smartly. Been looking at Sector 6, like some projects by Aradhyam Builders, but new flats seem a bit steep. I'm wondering if there are still any 'price correction zones' left in Ghaziabad? Matlab, where can one find genuinely underpriced assets? Should I focus more on secondary market deals instead of new launches for better value? Maybe older societies in Sector 6 have better negotiation scope? Want to maximize my deal value, not just pay current market rate. Any areas or specific types of properties where you guys have found good value recently? Kya strategy honi chahiye?
