Surya Nagar — I'm looking at properties here, mainly for my first home. My parents keep saying Ghaziabad is still a good bet for appreciation, especially with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro extension. I'm seeing some 3BHKs around ₹80-90L. Honestly, not sure if it's peaked, or if there's still growth potential by 2026-27. Also, I'm really torn between ready-to-move and under-construction. Royce Infratech has a project almost done, but new launches from Gaurs and Mahagun offer slightly better prices per sqft. After all the RERA horror stories, is it safe to consider under-construction anymore? What does the community think about future appreciation here, and which option is less risky?
