Ghaziabad's 'all-in' cost is never what they quote.
My kids' school admission is next year, and we really need to finalize a 3BHK in Ghaziabad soon. We've been looking at places like Gyan Khand and some LandCraft Developers projects. The listed prices, say for a 3BHK around ₹75-80 lakhs, seem okay at first. But then you start adding things. I'm trying to figure out the *real* all-in cost. Builders quote one price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and maintenance deposits. It feels like they just keep adding stuff. My wife's priority is safety and a good neighbourhood for the children, so we don't want any surprises after booking. Is it even possible to get a true all-inclusive quote upfront? Or is it always a game of finding hidden charges later? Any experiences with LandCraft specifically? What's the final percentage over the quoted property price we should actually budget for in Ghaziabad?
