Ghaziabad's all-in cost never matches the brochure.

Yaar, I work in real estate, but buying for myself in Indirapuram has me stressed. Builders quote ₹70L for a 2BHK but then PLC, IFMS, maintenance, electrical charges, parking... it all adds up. I'm looking at a Rakmo Homes project near Morta Village. What all hidden costs should I factor in beyond stamp duty? Is ₹10-15L extra realistic for a 2BHK in the ₹70L range? Kya builders kuch last-minute charges bhi add karte hain possession se pehle?

Totally agree, bhai! Mera bhi yahi haal hai. Builders always hide costs. I'm looking in Ahinsa Khand II and the numbers just don't add up after all these extra charges. ₹10-15L extra sounds very realistic, sometimes even more.
