₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Kavi Nagar seems okay, but the final quote always jumps. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and just want something manageable with a lift, low maintenance. Envyrons Infrastructure Private Limited showed us a good spot, but I'm worried about hidden charges. What's the real all-in cost for a flat there, beyond stamp duty and registration? Are there typically big surprises at possession, like utility connections or maintenance deposits? Brokers don't always explain everything clearly.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! 'All-in' price is the biggest joke builders play. I was looking at a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand last year, same story. They quote you one price, then suddenly 'development charges', 'club membership', 'IFMS' (Interest Free Maintenance Security) all pop up. It's like a never-ending list. Broker toh bas haan mein haan milata hai.
