Builders like Panchsheel hardly budge beyond 2-3%. What about all these hidden charges, like PLC and club membership fees, popping up last minute? Ye sab meri total acquisition cost badha deta hai. Is a construction-linked payment plan always better for investors, or do upfront discounts on down payment deals make more sense for ROI? Change my mind.
