Ghaziabad's 'green' amenities are mostly a joke

₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Jain Homes 02, matlab itna premium for what, exactly? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but honestly, Ghaziabad ke projects mein amenities ka hype bahut zyada hai. Everyone talks about 'lush green' areas, but it's usually just a tiny patch of grass squeezed between towers. Is anyone actually seeing proper open space for kids or even a decent walk? Yaar, investors are told these things attract tenants and boost resale, but I don't see it. It feels like a 'ticked-off checkbox' rather than a real feature. Same goes for security systems. Brochure mein CCTV, visitor management, sab likha hota hai, but in reality, guards are often sleeping or busy on their phones. Is this actual security ya bas dikhawa? I need to know if paying extra for these 'premium' features actually gives ROI or just adds to maintenance costs later. I mean, my existing home loan is enough stress. Change my mind.
