Ghaziabad's High Rental Yield corridor – I've been looking into this area for a few months now. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting; my landlord just hiked the rent again, so finally taking the plunge. The EMI vs rent math is finally starting to make sense. Everyone keeps hyping the "High Rental Yield" corridor for investment, but I'm wondering if it's already peaked? Prices seem a bit high compared to what I expected from my initial research. Is there still good value here for a 2BHK, or has the ship sailed for decent appreciation? Should I look elsewhere, maybe for a 1BHK in a different zone, or are there specific sectors or projects within this corridor that still offer a good entry point?
