Did some research on properties along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and near Lal Kuan. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? Everyone's hyping up the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro Red Line extension for Ghaziabad. Is this infra actually moving prices much yet, or is it mostly speculation? I'm eyeing a 2BHK around ₹65L. Should I wait for more tangible progress, or is the current window the best for appreciation around places like Siddhartha Vihar? What about delays? Is the promised completion realistic for Hindon Airport's full impact? Will the ROI really be there if I buy now?
