Ghaziabad's older resale market isn't worth the fuss anymore.
Resale flats in Indirapuram are getting really expensive, but new projects have their own issues. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big Dujana ghar. Looking for a smaller, manageable 2BHK or a compact 3BHK, my budget is around ₹70-90L. Want a good society, lift, and hospital paas mein ho. Honestly not sure which way to go. I'm torn between an older, established place in Indirapuram or Vaishali for the location. Resale value seems okay there, but maintenance charges often pinch, and flats can feel dated. Or should I check out newer ready-to-move options in Crossings Republik or Raj Nagar Extension? Connectivity has improved with RRTS work, but not sure about social infra for daily needs. What do you guys think? Which option gives better value and peace of mind for someone like us? Any specific societies for good resale value and low maintenance?
