Ghaziabad's parking situation is a total mess, from what I've seen. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a compact 2BHK, something manageable. We visited Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2, and unhone parking ke liye bahut saari baatein boli. Matlab, they promised reserved spots, but I've heard stories about lottery systems or extra charges later. Sahi mein, what's the ground reality? Is it reserved, ya phir pehle aao pehle paao? Aur maintenance charges mein ye sab cover hota hai ya alag se dena padta hai? Also, elevators ka kya haal hai? Older couple hain, toh lift ka reliable hona bahut zaroori hai. Has anyone faced issues with parking allocation after possession? Not sure if I'm overthinking this.
