Ghaziabad's property market has peaked, returns will be low now.

Property prices in Vaishali have jumped almost 15% in the last year, but honestly, I think Ghaziabad ka market ab peak kar chuka hai. Everyone talks about Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro extension, but are these already priced in? My budget is around ₹80L for a 2BHK, and I'm looking at places like Indirapuram or Crossings Republik. My parents keep saying buy now, but ROI ka kya? Lagta hai ab Ghaziabad mein returns utne nahi milenge. Change my mind, yaar. Should I still invest here or look somewhere else?
