Okay, I'll be honest — selling our big house after kids moved out feels strange, but we need a smaller, manageable place now. Ghaziabad mein dekh raha hoon, especially ready-to-move options. Bliss Saraswati Apartments ka budget theek lag raha hai, aur TMR Laxmi Niwas / Om Niwas bhi dekha hai. Dono completed hain, which is good. My main concern hai society ka mahaul aur RWA. Kisi ko idea hai in projects mein RWA kitna active hai, aur maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Meri wife ke liye hospital proximity bhi important hai. Bliss Saraswati aur TMR mein se kaunsa better hai for that? Should I pick a smaller society like Bliss for community, ya TMR better rahega for a peaceful life? Kya kehte ho?

Mere ek friend ka experience Achchheja mein bahut bura raha tha, emergency mein hospital door tha. Bliss Saraswati aur TMR ke paas koi multi-specialty hospital hai kya? 300 units ka Bliss Saraswati sounds like a close-knit place, but if there's no good hospital nearby, it's a big no for me.

U7, Columbia Asia Hospital (now Manipal Hospital) Indirapuram wahan se zyada door nahi hai, maybe 15-20 min drive from Ahinsa Khand/Bliss area depending on traffic. Wahi sabse convenient padega.
