Ghaziabad's 'value' projects are hiding this
Is Shri Balaji Apartment's floor plan really more efficient than Apex Acacia Valley? Everyone talks about the low entry price at Balaji, but the carpet area feels so cramped, yaar. Apex might seem pricier per sqft, but their layouts actually make sense for living, not just for selling. From my experience, a bad layout kills future appreciation potential, no matter the amenities. Are we just buying into brochure pictures with Balaji's 'amenities'? What's the real investment potential in 5 years if nobody wants to live there comfortably? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly yehi baat mere dimaag mein bhi chal rahi thi! Balaji ka price point toh attract karta hai, no doubt, but jab actual site visit kiya, toh laga ki yeh toh sirf dikhane ke liye hai. Carpet area itna kam tha ki kitchen mein khade hone ki jagah nahi thi. Future mein rent pe bhi kaun lega aise ghar?
Totally agree U1! Same feeling. Brochure mein sab bada lagta hai, real mein chhota.
