Honestly, VXL French Arcade looks good on paper but my friend had a tough time with them. Possession date 2018-12-31 thi, aur usko thoda late mila tha, although eventually mil gaya. Units 120 hain, so it’s not too massive. But resale ke liye, I heard mixed reviews. Carpet area theek hai but maintenance charges can be high. I'd lean towards something newer if possible, unless you get a really good deal.

Bhai, VXL French Arcade ka price range toh ₹53 L – ₹94 L hai. First-time buyer ke liye thoda heavy nahi lag raha? Resale value bhi utni strong nahi dikhti mujhe, especially considering it was completed way back in 2018. Radha Homes thoda naya hai, maybe better for appreciation.
