K Square Associates ke Ghorpadi 2BHK mein interested. Initial price theek, but stamp duty, registration aur PLC ne budget hila diya. Pune mein yeh hidden charges kitne hote hain? Aur builders ispe negotiate karte hain kya?

Totally agree with you! I faced similar issues with a project near Sinhagad Road. PLC was a shocker!

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! K Square Ghorpadi ka project looks good on paper but jab final calculation kiya, toh my budget went for a toss. Yeh stamp duty, registration aur GST milake itna extra ho jata hai, it's insane. Builders hide these costs so well initially.
