Selling our big house in Kukatpally, plan to move into a smaller 2BHK in Hyderabad, something manageable. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, but its investor ratio worries me. Upcoming projects mein this 'ghost society' risk is real, na? Builder toh achhe amenities dikhaate hain, but agar RWA hi strong nahi bana, toh maintenance ka kya hoga? Kya kisi ne Sattva Lake Ridge ya aise high investor ratio projects mein experience kiya hai? How do you ensure a good society vibe later? Don't want to end up in a place jahan koi rehta hi nahi.
