Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with Noida real estate, pehli baar invest kar raha hoon. I'm looking at 3C Lotus Boulevard Espacia. Prices are ₹3.04 Cr onwards, which is a big amount. Completed project hai, but I'm worried about capital appreciation. Iska price launch se kitna move hua hai? Aur yahan investor ratio kaisa hai? Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? Builder, 3C Company, ka track record kaisa hai, especially for completed projects? Long-term investment ke liye sahi rahega ya nahi?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! 3C ka track record sunkar toh darr lagta hai. Especially with the prices at ₹3 Cr, it's a huge commitment for a first-timer. Kisi ko pata hai builder ne kitne projects time pe deliver kiye hain?
Completed hone se kya hota hai? Maintenance issues, facilities ka haal, occupancy rate... yeh sab bhi dekhna padta hai. Mere ek relative ka Alpha I Greater Noida mein completed project tha, 2 saal tak lift kharab rehti thi aur society fund ka hisab hi nahi tha. Proper society banne mein time lag
Haan yaar, builder ka toh scene thoda iffy hai. Mere ek friend ne Alistonia Estate mein liya tha, bahut delays hue the. But Espacia toh completed hai, possession bhi 2020 mein ho gaya tha. Shayad ab theek ho?
