Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Gijhore. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Builder ki marketing spin toh pata hai. Prices for a 2BHK are touching ₹78L there, which feels high. Is it justified? What's the real appreciation forecast for 3-5 years? Aur traffic ka kya scene hai peak hours mein?
