Gitanjali Apartments' green spaces are just for show

My home loan is almost done, and I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Gitanjali Apartments ke green areas aur clubhouse kitne usable hain? Brochure mein to bahut dikhate hain, real family use ke liye worth it hai kya?

Bhai, Gitanjali Apartments ka naam sunke hi thoda doubt hota hai. Brochure mein toh sab kuch dream jaisa dikhate hain, but reality mein kitna differ karta hai, yehi tension hai. Especially green spaces aur clubhouse, wohi toh pehle cut hote hain ya unki maintenance zero hoti hai. Mera ek friend Alaknanda mein rehta hai, usne bhi aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, ab regret karta hai.
