After 3 site visits to GLF Palm Meadows, I'm still debating the investment. I work in real estate, so I know the games. ₹2.1 Cr for a 3BHK there, I'm wondering about the actual capital appreciation potential. What's the real ground truth on their delivery track record? And exit strategy, will there be buyers in 5-7 years? Getting off-the-record opinions is tough.

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Mohali. GLF Palm Meadows mein construction quality aur promised amenities ka gap dikh raha hai. Investor view se, yeh long-term resale value par kya impact karega? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain. I've seen this pattern before; it affects tenant retention.
