Global City Gurgaon price run is pure artificial madness
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these rates, but Global City Gurgaon prices have jumped nearly 45% out of nowhere. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, and builders quoting ₹16,000 per sqft with absurd loading feels like pure madness. Infra ground pe move nahi hua par pricing sky high hai... Is anyone actually paying this rate off the record, or should I wait out this hype?

Bhai 35-40% loading easily cut kar rahe hain ye log. Agar 1500 sqft super area bol rahe hain toh haath mein mushkil se 950-1000 sqft aayega. Main toh calculator dekh ke hi nervous ho gaya tha.
