Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm looking at Global City for my first property, sab bol rahe hain future hai. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK. But I'm worried about hidden risks. Connectivity ka kya scene hai long term? Infrastructure delays ka dar hai. Kahin baad mein resale value low na ho jaye. Any red flags to watch out for in Global City? Honest opinions please, ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Totally understand your fear, bhai. Global City ka hype toh bahut hai, but ground reality thodi different hai. Mera ek friend ne bhi almost book kar liya tha, but last moment pe back out kar gaya connectivity issues ki wajah se. Especially public transport, abhi toh kuch khaas hai nahi. What about the proposed schools and hospitals, are those just on paper?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Metro extension ka plan toh hai, par kab tak aayega, koi guarantee nahi. Basai side se toh bahut traffic rehta hai.
