Global City investment: has the peak already passed?

₹1.8 Cr budget for a 3BHK in Gurugram and I'm totally confused. My wife wants good schools nearby for the kids, so we're looking at Global City. But is it still a good investment, yaar? Matlab, prices toh kaafi badh gaye hain. Has it already peaked, ya abhi bhi upside hai? Koi sectors ya projects hain jahan abhi bhi value mil sakti hai? Need advice for our family's future.
