For someone looking at investment windows now, are there still affordable pockets, say for a 2BHK around 1.5 Cr, near these upcoming corridors beyond Golf Course Extension? Ya builders like DLF and M3M ne toh sab kuch already price-in kar diya hai? What's your take on the realistic timeline for Global City's full impact? Is it a calculated risk or just pure speculation?
