Global Flora Avenue 33 Phase II — eyeing this project for investment, ₹2.03 Cr range. Fed up of renting, want to build some equity finally. What's the real ground reality on resale potential here? I'm worried about liquidity in 5-7 years for an exit. Also, what's the builder's track record for delivery? Don't want to get stuck with delays. Is this price point justified for long-term capital appreciation, or is it already too high? What are your experiences?
