3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision on my first Gurugram flat. I'm checking out Global Horizon Holdings in Sector 51. For under-construction, what should I *really* look for during a site visit? Beyond the show flat, what questions expose delivery risk or quality issues? Honestly, I'm nervous.

Bhai, GHH ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My cousin almost booked with them near Badshahpur a few years back, but unka RERA status aur past projects ka record dekh ke back out kar diya. Unke delivery dates toh bas sapne hain, they keep pushing them. Always check their previous project's RERA completion certificates and talk to residents if possible. For under-construction, look at the quality of materials being brought in, not just what's displayed in the show flat. Ask for the structural engineer's report and approvals.
