GLS Arawali City

Finding a quiet, manageable place after the kids leave is harder than it looks, especially in Gurugram. My wife and I are selling our big house and looking for a smaller flat, maybe a 2BHK. GLS Arawali City came up, it's completed, which is great. I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience there. Is it genuinely peaceful, you know, for us older folks? What's the society vibe like? We don't need fancy amenities, but a good walking path and a functional elevator are key. Also, how are the hospitals and local markets nearby? We really need easy access to medical facilities. And what about the maintenance charges, are they reasonable? We're trying to keep monthly costs down. Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously considering GLS Arawali City. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 67, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa there, already have a home loan going. Everyone glorifies its Aravalli location, but honestly, is it genuinely good for daily living? Or is it just another project that looks great on brochures but falls short once you move in?
