GLS Avenue 51: Amenity reality check after moving in

Just moved into GLS Avenue 51 a couple months back, and wanted to share some first-hand thoughts after hunting for ages. We needed something affordable in Gurgaon, especially with decent schools nearby for kids. The brochure looked good, and the price point (around 45L for our 2BHK) was doable. Honestly, the amenity reality check is real. The gym is fine, but the 'community hall' is hardly used. The kids' play area is actually quite good, thank god. Neighbourhood-wise, getting groceries and daily stuff is super easy; local markets are close. Schools were a big factor and there are good options. Commute to Cyber Hub is about 40 mins, not too bad. It's liveable, but definitely not luxury. Things nobody told me before moving in? Maintenance charges feel a bit steep for the basic facilities. Curious to hear from other residents here, what’s your honest opinion on the actual amenities and long-term value?
