GLS Avenue 51 investor insights on RERA and resale?
Since January, I've been eyeing GLS Avenue 51 for investment. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know. Project completed hai, but I'm worried about RERA compliance issues affecting future resale. What's the real investor vs end-user ratio there? Don't want a ghost society affecting my exit strategy.

Totally understand your concern about the investor vs end-user ratio. I almost bought into a project in Baharampur Naya a couple of years back. Price was good, but later found out 80% were investors
Bhai, ye RERA compliance ka issue completed projects mein bhi headache deta hai. Especially jab resale ka socho. My friend got stuck in a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) jahan builder ne occupancy certificate mein bahut time laga diya. Same fear for GLS Avenue 51.
