Possession timelines in Gurugram are always a gamble, I swear. Just got possession for GLS Avenue 51 a couple months ago, and honestly, the handover process wasn't as smooth as I hoped. Did anyone else who got their flat recently face unexpected delays or issues right after moving in? I'm wondering if my experience with minor fixes and amenities not fully ready is common, or if I just got unlucky. Also, is the RERA status actually helpful in resolving these post-possession snag lists, or is it just a formality? Curious about others' first-hand experiences.

Yaar, totally agree! Meri bhi jaan nikal gayi thi GLS Avenue 51 ka possession lene mein. Small fixes toh chalta rehta hai, but amenities not fully ready is a big red flag. Lagta hai hum sabki kahani same hai.
Exactly! Jo OP ne bola, mere saath bhi same hua. Especially the lifts and power backup, they were so unreliable initially. Ab thoda better hai but it took months. Bahut frustration hui thi. Did the amenities eventually get sorted out without too much hassle
