Gurugram mein first home lena total cost ke hisaab se bahut confusing hai. GLS Avenue 51 mein price toh sahi lag raha tha, but maintenance charges kitne hain? Aur OC, PLC jaise hidden costs kitne lage? EMI ke alawa monthly kitna jaata hai?
