Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process hai. Kids ke school admission ka time aa raha hai, so we need a bigger flat soon. Gurgaon mein GLS Avenue 51 aur Bestech City 2 dekhe hain. GLS ready hai, but Bestech abhi under-construction hai. My wife thinks ready-to-move better hai for peace of mind, but Bestech ka layout better lag raha hai. Kya under-construction mein bahut risk hota hai? Aur GLS mein end-user ratio kaisa hai? Maintenance charges ka bhi darr hai dono mein. Any real experiences?

Honestly, Bestech City 2 ka layout accha ho sakta hai, but under-construction projects mein maine bahut logon ko phasste dekha hai. Mere ek cousin ka project delay ho gaya tha 3 saal se. Builder ne date pe date di. GLS Avenue 51 ready hai, toh at least you know what you are getting. Kya Bestech ka track record Gurgaon mein theek hai? Ya sirf promises hain?

Yaar, totally relate to your confusion! Hum bhi same situation mein hain, kids ke school ki wajah se. My wife also feels ready-to-move is safer. Under-construction mein delivery ka darr rehta hai, aur delays toh common hain. Peace of mind is priceless, especially with kids.
