Honestly not sure if GLS Avenue 51's current pricing makes sense for an investor. I'm eyeing it for an upgrade from my 2BHK, but ROI is key. Post-completion, is capital appreciation still good? What's the real rental yield like there? Aur resale market kitna liquid hai?
