GLS Avenue 51's resale market seems opaque
What's the actual resale market like for GLS Avenue 51 in Gurugram? I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. Bahut research kiya hai, aur yeh project decent lag raha hai, but liquidity worries me. Iska RERA status aur legal clarity kaisi hai? Aur investor ratio kya hai compared to end-users? Koi ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi...? My main concern is a smooth exit in 5-7 years; will it be easy to find a buyer then? Price trend since launch bhi bata do. Ground reality info would be a big help.

Bhai, liquidity mein toh problem aati hai affordable housing mein, especially Gurugram mein. Investor ratio bahut high hota hai aise projects mein, log bas booking amount daal ke exit dhundte hain. 5-7 saal mein exit? Thoda mushkil lag raha hai unless market bohot upar jaaye.
