Finally settled in my new flat at GLS Central Avenue Mohali last month. Bohot research ke baad liya tha, but ab thoda confuse hu. Is it just me or is the daily life yahan thoda different than expected? Project presentation mein sab mast lagta tha, but real mein living experience kaisi hai? Like, noise levels, ya air quality, is it good long term? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne convenient hain? Main abhi explore kar raha hu, but log kya bolte hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Sahi keh rahe ho. Builder delays are a common nightmare. Maine bhi ek project dekha tha Badshahpur mein, wahan bhi RERA ke baad bhi 6-8 mahine ka delay hua tha. Current market conditions mein toh builders thoda slow chal rahe hain fund flow ki wajah se. Best hai ki aap builder se directly confirmation lo. But haan, Mohali mein investment ke liye ye price point theek hai, agar quality aur timely possession mil jaaye.

Honestly, noise levels are manageable for me. I think it depends on which side your flat faces. Main toh park-facing side pe hu, toh kaafi shanti rehti hai. Air quality bhi better lag rahi hai compared to some other parts of Tricity. Kids ke liye play area thoda compact hai but well-maintained. Schools aur hospitals toh paas hi hain, connectivity achi hai. Aapne kis floor pe liya hai?
