₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Godrej 103, Mohali — is that price justified for daily living? I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Brochure ki baatein toh sabko pata hoti hain, but I need to know the ground reality for Godrej 103, Mohali. Is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya bas paper pe hi acha dikhta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool aur gym toh har project mein hote hain, but actually useful kaun se hain? Aur unke maintenance charges kitne lagte hain? Neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, aur markets kitni door hain? Commute experience from there to major work hubs kaisa rehta hai? I'm honestly not sure if the premium is for actual lifestyle or just the brand name.
