Godrej Air Phase IV: What they don't tell you about daily livability
I'm really trying to figure out if Godrej Air Phase IV is actually a good home, not just a good investment. The brochure looks amazing, but my parents keep saying location and daily life are key for a first home, and Sohna feels a bit far sometimes. I've seen the plans; the clubhouse looks great, but are the amenities actually useful daily? Or just for show? Especially interested in school proximity and the community vibe. For ₹85L for a 2BHK, I need to know if it's genuinely livable. What's the real daily life like there for residents?

Yaar, but Godrej ka naam hai. Long-term investment ke liye toh accha hi hoga. Plus, amenities ka brochure kitna fancy lag raha
Bhai, Sohna toh bahut door hai! Daily commute ka kya karoge? ₹85L for a 2BHK in a location so far out, that too with a 2029 possession date (Godrej Air Phase IV, ONGOING), seems a bit risky. Kya fayda itna wait karke?
