Godrej's delivery timelines are becoming a joke, especially with their upcoming projects. I'm eyeing Godrej Alira, but unka track record past mein kaafi shaky raha hai. Invest karna hai toh under-construction risk kitna hai yahaan? Will they actually deliver on time for this ₹6 Cr+ project, ya phir delay ka naya record banayenge?

Har baar koi naya reason hota hai. It's not just Godrej, many big builders do this. But for a project like Alira with such a high price point, the emotional and financial toll of delays is massive. I'm looking at properties around Badshahpur, and even there, some projects are notorious for delays. Be very careful.
The official possession date for Godrej Alira is 2032-04-01, as per RERA. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/959/691/2025/62 is the RERA number. That's a long wait for an 'upcoming' project. Are we really supposed to believe they'll stick to this for a project with only 110 units?
Well, sometimes these long dates are given to account for all contingencies and avoid penalties later. Builders often put a buffer. But yeah, for a ₹6 Cr+ property, you'd expect a tighter schedule, or at least more transparency about the construction phases.
