Yaar, Godrej Alira ka price dekh ke toh dimag ghoom gaya hai. ₹6.3 Cr se ₹8.2 Cr for an upcoming project, that too with possession in 2032? Itna lamba wait, aur upar se itna heavy investment. As a first-time buyer, I'm already nervous. Is premium ka koi justification hai kya? Investors ko toh delivery risk bhi dekhna padega, Godrej ka track record kaisa hai recent projects mein?
