Godrej Arden Sigma 3: Thoughts on Greater Noida luxury?

Looking for opinions on Godrej Arden Sigma 3 in Greater Noida. I just watched a video about it, and the 2, 3, and 4 BHK options look interesting, especially with the Godrej name. The location near Pari Chowk and the Expressway seems pretty good too. I'm personally considering a move to Noida. Has anyone here actually visited the site or bought there? What's your honest take on the project, good or bad?

Hey everyone, Godrej Arden Sigma 3 ka video dekha. Pari Chowk ke paas location aur Godrej ka naam, thoda premium lag raha hai. But as a first-time buyer, thoda nervous hoon. Price range kya chal raha hai wahan pe abhi? Koi idea?
