Godrej Astra: Daily life beyond the brochure
Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 57. Godrej Astra kaafi accha lag raha hai on paper, but ₹10.69 Cr–₹14.73 Cr is a huge premium. I'm wondering if it's genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure mein hi sab sahi lagta hai? My main concern is the actual quality of amenities and how usable they are. Are they well-maintained and practical for daily use? What's the society and community vibe like there? Is it friendly for families, or more isolated? Also, neighbourhood quality for kids' schools and good hospitals nearby, how's that? Already have a home loan, so this upgrade needs to be worth it. Is the price jump justified for daily life, ya sirf brand name ka paisa hai? Want real user feedback.

Bhai, Godrej Astra ka brochure toh next level lag raha hai, but ₹10.7 Cr se start ho raha hai! Mera bhi 2BHK hai Sector 57 mein, upgrade karna hai. Sach mein itna premium worth it hai kya?
