The actual quality of amenities in Gurgaon projects is always a major concern for investors. I'm honestly fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at places like Godrej Astra. My biggest worry is promised amenities vs. what's actually delivered. Does a fancy clubhouse really boost resale or attract good tenants, or is it just a high maintenance cost? Also, how's the maintenance service quality vs. charges after a year or two? Any real-world experiences on this?
